Read the hints and explanations below and answer the questions on THIS page.

(factor)(factor) = PRODUCT

term + term = SUM
term - term = DIFFERENCE

Examples:

• There are two FACTORS in the expression (2x - 3)(x + 5). They are (2x - 3) and (x + 5).
• There are three FACTORS to the number 30. They are 2 and 3 and 5.
  
  
• There are three TERMS in the expression 4a + 5b - 10. They are 4a and 5b and 10.
  
• There are two TERMS in the expression (2x - 3) + (x + 5). They are (2x - 3) and (x + 5).
